Family Solicitor

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and talented Solicitor (1-3 years experience) to join our legal team which specializes in private children and financial provision on divorce work. We also have substantial expertise in Inheritance Act cases. The role will involve working closely with a very experienced solicitor on complex cases but also on a separate caseload of less complex cases largely being their own work but with help constantly available.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate.
• Experienced in Family Law
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
